I literally have to book another hotel in the middle of my first night here because I couldn't sleep on this god awful mattress. They also gave me a twin bed too when I specifically asked for a king bed. Staff unwilling to compromise or even consider a partial refund. Well, that's cool, ur just losing my business from now on. "Only stayed for one night but was a great room, comfortable, fab views, clean and comfortable bed/good shower, however there was a bit of a damp smell which is probably just the air con. Room was very quiet and breakfast was very lovely - although not worth the extra cost we paid. "

I even showed them proof in my credit card statements that I already had made the payment. They promised me that they would look into this and keep the duplicate charge on hold. Yet they went ahead and charged me twice for the same service. So please stay away from this hotel. They lack business integrity. Now I have to dispute the charges on my credit card as duplicate charges."
