"The hotel is very good. The buffet food was excellent, the pool is large, and the bar offers great service. The staff is very helpful, and the nightly shows were very enjoyable as well. My only complaint is about the credits that Expedia offers to VIP clients. It would be great if the gift shop were included, because in the other places where you can use the credit, you have to spend a certain amount to receive a discount, and there is a specific minimum required to apply it."

"Just got back from Serenade. The week was all sun. Beach was nice and breezy. Water had a lot of Sargassum unfortunately, but we managed to find open sections in the water where it was clear. The pools and water pools were simply amazing. I think we spend 7 hours there some days. Food was A La Carte were pretty good. The Cut was 9/10, Olivo was 8/10. The buffet was 7/10. House keeping and refilling the mini fridge was spot on. Overall it was a nice vacation and I would definitely come back. Don't believe all the negative posts!! We didn't get sick, we didn't see any bugs. This resort is spotless and the everyone working there was always in a good mood."

"Travelled to Paradisus with my husband and 2 young children (1 and 5 year old) and my in-laws. The resort is very family friendly with spacious and well-kept rooms. The entire property is spotless and staff are friendly. We booked our stay with the addition of the family concierge service which I would recommend if you have young children and are travelling with elderly parents as the concierge will assist with nightly dinner reservations and activities (otherwise, you will need to line up every morning at 9 AM in the main courtyard to book dinner reservations for the evening - this is probably the biggest negative I can think of for the resort as it is an inefficient system). There are lots of activities for kids to do in the separate kids club and a fantastic water park (Aquazone) that is great for all ages, with lots of seating and a snack bar/restaurant. The beach is about a 15-20 min walk from the main resort area, otherwise there are golf carts that run frequently that will take you down. The water park is about a 10 min walk straight up from the main drop off point at the beach if you don't want to wait for a cart - the walk is easy and mostly shaded. The beach area has a separate area that is roped off for family concierge guests and there is an extended walkway onto the beach itself with seating directly next to the walkway, so it is easy to maneuver strollers and wheelchairs. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we would happily come back again!"

"it was an amazing stay. The pool was great! It is super close to the beach. Also, the breakfast buffet was delightful and the Asian hibachi experience was great and tasty. Make sure to get the transportation at the hotel because it’s a lot more affordable. You could even go to the other hotel where there’s even more amenities. Would 100% come back here again."
