"The room was amazing. We had a swim-out room on the adults only side and it was where we spent most of the days. It was very well maintained, clean and the service was great each day. There was always someone walking around to refill drinks. We tried authentic Dominican food, and there were also options if you didn't feel like eating something different than what you are used to eating. There was a cafe we got our coffe at each morning and it was so good! The staff here was awesome too! They remembered us each morning and what we liked! I can't say enough about the staff and how great they were! Everyone was so nice! Staff was extremely friendly all around, despite the language barrier. We don't speak Spanish, but most staff could speak Spanish and English and a lot of other languages as well. We did 2 days with morning excursions. While the excursions were extremely fun, they are not necessary to enjoy your vacation! "

Resort was immaculate, beach was beautiful, could always find a place to sit and a restaurant for dinner. Kids and parents never got bored. I never go back to the same place on vacation, if I go back to DR I will absolutely come back to Elegance."
