The bathroom standard a bit low, but for the price, you cannot ask for more. The location is fantastic, right beside the sights.」

「An absolutely wonderful stay! This hotel was a perfect choice for my trip. The location is great - so close to Shanghai Hongqiao Airport. The design is really cool, and I loved the peaceful little courtyard. My room had a cozy wooden style that felt very welcoming. The staff were all incredibly friendly and attentive. They even gave me a lovely essential oil gift and a discount voucher for the restaurant nearby, which was a very thoughtful touch！Overall, a fantastic and memorable experience....

「Located in the lake area - it’s a very convenient location yet it feels like I am away from the crowd and still surrounded by the natural when I return to the home stay in the evening. It’s a lovely house with 15 rooms in total. Beautiful design and good communal area. Will be a lovely choice for anyone, from solo travellers to family with kids. Breakfast is good. Staffs are all very friendly, responsive and helpful. Will highly recommend to people and stay again if I ever visit Hangzhou. 」

「Por infelicidade o hotéis.com reservou um quarto para 5 pessoas com 12 camas, ao chegarmos no hotel estava agendado somente um quarto para 2 pessoas. Estavamos em 5 pessoas sendo 4 adultos e 1 criança de 5 anos, 2 adultos e a criança dormiram na cama e 2 adultos no chão, por sorte levamos 2 colchões infláveis de camping 」
