We were early and my brothers room was ready and we were not anywhere close together but she worked and got us a joining room and I was also able to check in early. She was just so sweet and had a positive energy about her. She just made my day! When we checked out the guy at the front desk was also so nice. I didn’t get his name. Just a great group of people. The lady at the breakfast bar was also very nice. Loved by stay there!!😊」

「It took a long time to get checked in because they were short of cleaning staff. Our room was not ready until sometime after 4:00p.m. Otherwise, the room was comparatively clean and all was in order. After a long day after our first night, we came back to find our key would not open the door. I called the front desk and she said she would bring us a new key right away. 40 minutes later after standing in the hall all that time, our neighbor next to us had to go get the key for us.
