Our room was clean and easy to access, but nothing noteworthy other than a place to stay. Convenient location and didn't notice any highway noise in our room.

The room was not clean. The tub was dirty. The bedsheets and cover had stains and hair. We requested to change rooms. That room had a very bad odor and was also dirty.

Very expensive for what it offered. The pool was out of order for the first night. There was no light in the room except one on the night stand. Breakfast was terrible. Everything was old. The beds were comfortable though.

I wouldn’t stay again. There was a bloody booger on the wall. The sheets had stains on them. The pillows were so gross. The shower curtain was ripped and falling apart. There was so much dust and grime on the floor in the bathroom. I wouldn’t stay here. I’m pretty easy when it comes to hotels and this one was one of the worst I have stayed at. The hotel and the room had a terrible smell. I was excited to stay in eagle. But I wouldn’t stay at this property again.

Needs a lot updating, missing outlet covers, room are tight, worn down towels, and pool and hot tub not fuctioning. Once it was fixed it was worn and calcified. It seems when it was open it was good but have not kept up maintenance, toilet ran all night and the message app they used to communicate was never answered. Breakfast on weekend had bussiness week day hours 6-9. Would not stay again and overly

The hotel was nearly as clean as it probably can be for its state, but it is in disrepair. Active leaks from the second floor to the first, hot tub shut down, dirty ring in the sink, holes in the walls, lack of electrical plug-ins. This place needs either an entire remodel, or to be torn down and built a new one. Staff was fine, and there were other guests, but it was old motel quality at best.

This hotel had a very competitive rate for Eagle, CO. Our room was clean, check in was quick and the air conditioner worked perfectly. This is an okder biilding and needs some remodeling. Oir sink faucet had a constant drip, the sink porcelain was cracked, and there were permanent stains in the ub..

Nice views of the mountains behind the property is fairly decent. Good enough for a one-night stay. No real noise on the second floor.

I have stayed at Windom Hotels and had great experiences. This was my first stay at a Wingate and I was so disappointed. This hotel is old and somewhat rundown. After a long day on the road I was looking forward to the pool and hot tub. Both looked so green I didn't even try The bathroom mirror in my room had peeling tape on the trim exposing ugly yellow plastic. The walls needed fresh paint. I will say breakfast was good.

The window curtain pulled out of the wall and came crashing down. The pool appeared dirty. We booked a king size bed but when we registered we were told there were none available. We were “upgraded” to two doubles. I kept getting booted out of the WiFi. Very expensive room for poor quality.
