「Second time I stay at this resort and I love it. This time in like a pod by the lake as rooms were all booked/unavailable. Staff are great helpful and friendly. We noticed some changes as there were new train carrge type buildings. We were curious and went to look and also discover a water park at the far end of the resort we didn't know about this is truly a gem in a rural loction. Great breakfast as before. Room aways cleaned when we arrived back and coffee tea sugar and water replenished. I...

「The room was not properly cleaned (the beddings were clearly used before with stains and dirt), the blanked didn't have a cover, the floor wasn't dusted. The bathroom had a mud wasp nest, toilet was dirty and generally the bathroom was dirty with the toilet brush dirty on the floor (not in a stand). I have been travelling for more than 20 years, this is the first time I couldn't sleep somewhere, I ended up leaving the property and find somewhere else to stay. 」
