「The room was nice and comfortable but the cleaning staff did not clean our room or furnish clean towels until we asked for them. The front desk staff was not helpful at all and were really rude. No one would answer the phone and it took several calls to get them to answer. They also charged me a $100 deposit that was not stated on your website. I would not recommend this hotel at all.」

「I’ve stayed in three different Holiday Inns this year and by far this was the worst. The first room I looked at had hair in the bed and I had fix the chain on the commode. The second room they gave my side of the bed felt like I was sleeping on the floor. Would not recommend this Holiday Inn!!」

「Very happy with our stay.」

「I had to book the fairly quickly for a funeral and didn’t pay much attention to the room on line, so imagine my delight when I realized it had a full size fridge, stovetop and cooking utensils. Although I did not use much of those amenities, I would have had I realized it had it. The staff was so friendly and helpful! I would book there again.」

「Issues with the cable box and wifi during majority of the stay. I had to do my own troubleshooting to resolve. Never staying here again.」

「Clean room. Quiet. Awesome breakfast!!」

「Bed bugs. I left right after checking in and didn’t go back」

「Overall it was fairly clean and quite」

「The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. The location was a little farther from downtown and the university, but I would definitely stay here again.」

「Basic hotel. Good location for us. just average」

「Some construction/remodeling underway.」

「Bed was like sleeping on concrete. Curtains would only half close and street light was right outside our window. Big stain on couch and in elevator. We ended up leaving at 230am because we couldn't sleep.」
