「Gym, pool, and hot tub were not usable」

「Very nice room. 」

「The room we booked was unavailable so they comped us an extra room and discounted our stay. This was all done before we arrived. We had a queen and king room. Both were large and very comfortable. We plan to stay there again during football season. Oh and they had free Starbucks! 」

「Staff was very nice and accommodating. The bed was comfortable, TV, AC, Microwave, mini fridge, everything worked! I didn't like the free breakfast hours, the towels are old and faded, the hair dryer didn't work and the room smelled bad. I think this hotel needs some TLC. Despite all this I appreciate this hotel as it's the only one in Herington, Kansas」

「 The awesome desk clerks, Dawn and Gabby, were funny and helpful. They helped find my rewards number. Our room was clean and large. The water temperature was interesting. It was lukewarm at best when we checked in and a bit warmer in the morning but never was hot. The water pressure was OK. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast had a large selection of items that were all good and hot. 」

「Very old, out of date and run down. BUT clean and comfortable for the price! You get what you pay for 」

「The cleaning could be better , understanding they clean every two weeks but to come into a room an it smells or poorly cleaned not ok. Great for long stays it’s what you make of your room 」

「The only thing that was wrong with the property was that my TV had no signal. I didn't have much time to use it anyway so I told the clerk the next morning」

「We stayed here after a Kansas State football game because there was nothing else available. The negatives: the motel is extremely outdated, there are trains traveling through close by in the middle of the night, the bedspread had cigarette burns in it, no shampoo/conditioner/hair dryer, no hand towels, the ceiling light fixtures were disgusting, hardly any electrical outlets. The positives: no bed bugs, the bathroom and floors overall were clean, shower water was hot.」

「Roaches, bed bugs!! Then the front desk attendent said she couldnt do anything when i asked she gave me a phone number to call management. So left and slept in my car. Called next morning same lady answered said management wss off till monday i called ALL DAY Monday NO ONE would answer so i could try to work it out!! 」
