Hotel location was good Service was horrible !!! To ask for anything felt they were irritable and not interested to help - lot of attitude Rigidity - will not recommend to anyone Good food taste but when the people serving are so stuck up ans rude the taste becomes bad

Good property with average customer care and management skills. Main issue was that the AC shuts down every time you leave the room. So the floor gets wet with water condensation. Had to call the cleaning crew for mopping the floor every time you come back.

Property needs a serious make over. This is def not a 5 star resort/hotel. Our rooms has ants crawling in from balcony and the balcony were very dirty. Bed sheet had stains when we arrived. Eventually they changed one of our rooms to a better room but unfortunately that room also had very old furniture with rust and mold. Not what we expected after paying 32,000 rupees plus. Few staff members were nice rest were very overworked. Honestly this hotel has so much potential and can be great but they really need a make over of their rooms and pay close attention to the dust all over the room.
