「The room was SO CLEAN!! I have OCD and I Lysol wiped all the shelves before putting any of my things down and not a speck of dirt was seen on the bright white wipe. 90% of the staff were so pleasant, only a few older men were grumpy and obviously not happy. Other than that, we were treated wonderfully. The neighboring resort we spent a lot of time at as well and they were fabulous. 「We just got back from the Sonesta!! Signature island view double room. We had stunning sunset ocean views every day. This property is great. I'd 100% recommend this place. The room was cleaned every day. Fridge re-stocked every day. Pool area both kids pool and adults along with waterslides were great. Food and service was great. Staff was super great. 「I booked the pool view room, and they gave me a room that wasn't the pool view without telling me. Then I went to the front desk to change room, it took them about half hour to change room for me. But the air conditioner in the new room was so noisy that I couldn’t open it. The hygiene of the room was very poor, and there were some yellow stains on the towels and quilt」
