Friendliness of girl on Reception when I checked in.Spoke quite good English but made effort to see I understood re breakfast etc.Very kind.It wasappreciated as I was on my own. I felt very comfortable having breakfast as a solo visitor. There was nothing I didnt like.

Y aller sans hésiter

Très bon séjour sur place, excellente situation, personnel serviable et efficace. Petit Bémol concernant le buffet petit déjeuner qui est un peu limité question choix et il ne varie jamais d'un jour à l'autre. Je ne comprends pas non plus pourquoi comme les autres hôtels d'ailleurs, le restaurant est fermé pour cause de covid ??

Ein gutes Hotel. Beim Zustand gibt's einen Minuspunkt für den nicht vorhandenen Duschvorhang. Ansonsten alles gut und Sauber....

Nicht so wie es sein sollte !

Man wirbt mit Holiday Inn Düsseldorf Hafen, das stimmt überhaupt nicht. Das Hotel liegt an einer Hauptverkehrsstraße in D-Bilk. Sehr laut ist es hier. Parkplatz an der Straße zu bekommen ist unmöglich. Parken in der Tiefgarage für 18 € die Nacht möglich. Der Zimmerpreis von 99 € ist total überzogen auch wenn es mit Frühstück ist. (keine Messezeit). Jeses Frühstück in einer Mensa für 3 € ist besser, kein gekochter Schinke, keine Frischkäse, viele weitere Sachen fehlen. Von der Qualität vom schlechten Discounter ! Die Zimmer haben neue Möbel, die Türrahmen hat man vergessen zu streichen, Heizung/Klima gehört ins Museum und ist sehr laut, beim schlafen unmöglich. Nie wieder in diesem Hotel.... Jetzt mal was gutes! Das Personal im ganzen Haus war Super nett...

Wir wurden bei Anreise sehr nett vom Service begrüßt. Zimmer war sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Statt Frühstücksbuffet wurde in der Corona Zeit ein continentales Frühstück am Tisch serviert und war gut.
