"Decidedly average hotel booked by my Wife and I for the Lafayette Festival Louisianne. The best thing about the room was the shower due to its amazing water pressure. Otherwise, a few negatives to point out were: the fact that when the air conditioner kicked on it was very noisy, the fact that we could hear the flushing of toilets emanating from other rooms in the hotel, and the fact that our room situated on the 2nd floor facing the front of the hotel was not as sound proof as we would have liked. An example of the lack of sound proofing was the fact that we could hear some people outside our window talking late into the night (albeit the conversation was muffled). For the price of some $300/night"

"The young man at the desk was very fast at getting us into our room .He was very frendly and help us with any thing we needed. The maid was as so frendly and greed us in all i give this hotel a high rating of A PLUS. Wehave stayed hear many times befor and always one of the best hotels that we have stayed in."

"A lot of issues. The elevator looked like it has never been cleaned, inside & out looked like people just wiped greasy hands all over, yuck! The TV was set at 35, it wouldn't go any higher. It was almost impossible to hear above the air conditioning. No tissue in the room, no pad/pen, shower head was poor, breakfast was poor."
