Great hotel

Very nice hotel, nice design, excellent location, friendly staff with good English. Great gym and great perks such as complimentary laundry and complimentary cake! No restaurant within the hotel but food is brought in from the Turkish restaurant next door.

Beautiful property that is centrally located. Best amenity during my 2- night stay was the complimentary taxi shuttle service to and from the airport. [Pro tip - phone the hotel as the messaging service on Expedia does not work. ] But the experience fell a bit short of expectations given that this is regarded as within the top tier of Dushanbe hotels. For instance - housekeeping did not empty my garbage cans or provide the complimentary water (which was needed as temps neared 100°F). Bathroom amenities were sparse - just 1 bath towel & 1 bath mat & barebones soap and shampoo.

Incredibly beautiful hotel in the heart of downtown Dushanbe. Very convenient to everything. Staff are super friendly and the hotel has so many conveniences - great breakfast and all day dessert included with stay. 10/10 - highly recommended!

The Rumi is an amazing place to stay while in Tajikistan. I was here for business but can easily see coming back with my family. The room is beautiful, the bed is comfortable, and the shower is amazing! There is unlimited tea/coffee for 24 hours, and the included breakfast is unbelievable. Definitely recommend for any stay in Dushanbe...business or pleasure.

Would not recommend this hotel to anyone, hotel management is poor, customer service is not priority for this hotel. The hotel manager needs to be properly trained in hospitality management.

I stayed at the Rumi Hotel for over a week that also coincided with my birthday. I want to recognize Mr. Hassan, Mr. Husseyn and Ms. Nilofah and acknowledge the excellent customer service, friendly and helpful staff and especially the wonderful cake that I received on the day. The hotel has an excellent fitness center that can be described as world class! The breakfast choices are scrumptious and the evening coffee and cake a pleasure. I hope to stay again for Novruz or in the late summer.

Second time I stay at this hotel. Stayed with wife. Two remarks. 1. We were two, but all the accessories were for one person. 2. The bed was not changed. Posostyn was yellowish in color. Definitely not washed and there was hair. Of course, they immediately changed us, but it was not pleasant. Please work on this issue. Everything else was good. The breakfasts are great and all the employees do a good job. Thanks a lot. I would definitely like to stay at this hotel next time.
