Incredible stay. Would highly recommend to anyone

We loved our stay at the Lotte Palace. Service was unparalleled - the best we've experienced. The hotel staff were beyond accommodating, helpful and nice. Incredible attention to detail. The building is stunning, the garden is beautiful. We had some lovely shisha in the designated area under a gazebo, next to a waterfall. Full amenities available in the bathrooms. Could not have asked for a better experience - it's the perfect little serene getaway from the fast paced Dushanbe. The hotel is a little far from the main attractions and restaurants in Dushanbe so you'll need to take a cab to get to most places.

Unexpected gem.

Hotel was very comfortable. Appreciated ride to and from airport at very early hour. Staff was very helpful. Filtered water in the room was a plus. Location for us was fine. North of main city area. Transportation is super cheap. Felt safe walking on main streets.

I love this hotel. I have stayed at four-star hotels all over Central Asia, and I can say this place is the very best of them! Great, helpful, friendly English-speaking staff. Clean, plush, comfortable rooms with excellent linens. Excellent WiFi and amenities. Beautiful hotel building and immaculate grounds with a waterfall! Fantastic restaurant with alcohol and international food. And the breakfast — oh my goodness, the breakfast!!! I have never seen such a fine spread of delicacies! WITH REAL COFFEE! I fully recommend.

I stayed this hotel for 3 nights. It takes 10 minutes by taxi from the town. Room was very clean and larger than I expected! Hot shower, air conditioner, mini refrigerator and windows. Very comfortable stay. Staff is kind and helpful. You can enjoy traditional and continental breakfast.

Love love it!

Fantastic hotel that’s beautiful enough that brides shoot their pictures there. My room came with a computer! Who does that? And the staff helped me with my travel plans, negotiated taxis and made sure my every need was addressed.

Far beyond my expectations

This place is fantastic! I have stayed at hundreds of hotels all over the world and was blown away by this place. Extremely well decorated, high ceilings, all conceivable amenities have been thought of - honestly, whomever was responsible for this should receive a medal. Breakfast is top-notch, staff bend over backward to help with everything from ordering taxis to accepting phone calls from taxi drivers and directing them back to the hotel. Price/value is off the chart, and although there is not a functional restaurant at the moment, you can order in from other places and eat in your room or common areas and the staff will even call in the order and bring it to you. Despite a number of excellent choices in Dushanbe, I wouldn't even consider staying anywhere else - THIS IS A HIDDEN GEM!!!!!

A wonderful stay

I cannot speak highly enough of this Hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. My wife wes unwell for some of our stay and the staff went the extra mile to ensure her comfort and care. The hotel room and facilities were outstanding. The breakfast was delicious and there was a wide variety of foods available. The dining room manager was very courteous and friendly. The gardens were beautiful and the friendly gardener turned on the fountain to the delight of our grandchildren. If ever we are in Dushanbe again we would certainly stay here, and we would recommend it to all our family and friends.

One of a kind

Incredibly extravagant hotel, with great staff, and all first-rate accoutrements. It is a bit out of the center, but they provide free bicycles which makes it easy to pop down. The open-air market is very close, and there are some great shashlik places a block or two away. A new subway station is being built next to the market, too. I'd pick this over the Sheraton or any of the other high-end places any day, even if it wasn't half their price.
