「We loved this hotel so much! Wished we had a longer stay! It’s close to everything downtown and the ambiance of the hotel is unlike any other! From the heated floors in the bathroom and soft jazz playing when the lights were on, to the comfortable bed and beautiful decor, we just couldn’t get enough of this hotel!! 「Nice hotel. But weird in that at reception it said check in at the hotel across the road and for breakfast. I had a room on the 1st floor, but on the 2nd floor it seemed the people who looked after the hotel stayed. I don't know if the 2nd floor was open plan, but all you could hear was the baby, mother & grandmother all the time. It was silent at night though. Room and facilities including the bed were superb. Just the carers of the place made a racket.」

「I had a short trip to explore Durres and stumbled upon this hotel! They just opened and it’s so nice to stay in a hotel where you feel valued as a customer. Everyone was so attentive to my needs. The hotel is modern and sleek. Everything you need is within walking distance! Two cute cafes next door. I hope to return one day! As a solo traveler from California I felt safe. Thank you to all the staff for your amazing hospitality.」

「In general nice location and hotel, very friendly personal. But no parking slots, so really challenging to find a spot for the rental car. 」

「Then we arrived at the hotel, the two girls in the reception told us, that we had cancelled the reservation, which we didnt. It was a mistake between them and Expedia. But they didnt care at all, and if we didnt insist they were wrong, we had to pay yet one more time. Afterwards the hotel did not match the description and four star spa expectation.
