"The staff we met were lovely and helpful. The online check in is not easy for people who are on bicycles for 6 hours before arriving so we weren't able to access our room. It got sorted with a phone call to a concierge and though the restaurant was closed (at what we thought was an early hour) the staff stayed to serve us lovely food.
