So it all began when the security issued me with the wrong room key.. I went back down to change it but it was almost 12 at night so he sent a guard to open another room for me which was not entirely clean. I was only in Durban for the weekend.. So resolving this issue the next morning wasted alot of my holiday time.. Really disappointed. Usually I book directly with the sails and never had this issue.. Then the room I got the towel handle was broken the tap was in poor condition. No mirrors in the room. Yeah bad experience

Filthy & Pathetic Service
The apartment was not cleaned properly. The bedding was stinking and the duvet inner was torn into pieces.
The microwave smelt so badly as well. The sleeper couch was filthy, when we opened it to sleep on there was a bunch of dirt between the cracks. The lounge AC was not working and when requested to fix it, we got told they would send someone and nothing happened.
When the lady contacted me with my confirmation, she mentioned that we would have 1 day of cleaning services during our stay and anything additional would have to be paid for. We agreed on the 1 day being sufficient, but on the last day of our stay, she called to say we don’t get any cleaning due to the duration of our stay being too short.
I would not recommend this place to anyone. It was pathetic, filthy and the service was terrible.
