The check in was with a code that they send. I was not aware but i called and they were very friendly and quick to send it so I could get in. I was there one night, clean and comfortable. The shower did flood the bathroom and there was no TV but wasn’t needed for myself. I would stay here again. Good price for a short stay.

Very nice place for the price it was perfect. You should know that if you don’t have transportation you might have a problem. But I was only there one night and arranged to be picked up. I got codes from host early the morning of my check in and she was very helpful explaining how everything works so I would no have a problem!

Mucho ruido por el portón abriéndose, y se metió el agua de la lluvia por abajo de la puerta. Deberían proponer otra habitación para los que no sabemos como funciona el lugar. El abanico no funcionó la 2da. noche.

La propiedad estuvo bien en general . La ubicación en Durango me pareció práctica, ya que está cerca de centros comerciales y tiene fácil acceso a diferentes servicios. La zona está bien, no diría que es de las zonas más bonitas de la ciudad, pero tampoco es una zona desagradable, está en un punto intermedio. Además, es un plus poder dejar el carro dentro de la propiedad, ya que se siente seguro, y cuentan con cámaras de vigilancia, lo cual da mucha tranquilidad. Como pequeño comentario, recomendaría prestar un poco más de atención a los olores de la propiedad y de las habitaciones, ya que se percibía ligeramente un olor a guardado y en el baño un poco de olor a drenaje. También creo que sería de mucha ayuda contar con aire acondicionado, ya que el departamento se siente un poco encerrado y el abanico no termina de ser suficiente para mantenerlo fresco. También recomendaría revisar los colchones, ya que el que nos tocó estaba un poco en mal estado y no resultaba del todo cómodo. No lo comentamos durante la estancia ni solicitamos cambiarnos de departamento porque prácticamente estuvimos ahí únicamente para descansar y preferimos no hacer mayor inconveniente. Como detalle adicional, estaría muy bien que ofrecieran al menos un par de aguas de cortesía para los huéspedes, especialmente al llegar. Fuera de estos detalles, me pareció un lugar agradable, tranquilo y con buena seguridad.t

Las puertas de algunas habitaciones son un poco difíciles de abrir, además de que tiene problemas de logística. Aún así el personal que está en el hotel es bastante amable y resuelven tus inconvenientes muy rápido

La habitación solo es para dormir, y si al caso tomarse una ducha, yo la verdad invirtiera en mejorar las habitaciones con al menos un calefactor pequeño para la habitación y una tv pequeña con eso seria genial.

El check in es muy tarde y el check oit muy temprano... Los colchones son viejos (super incomodos, con resortes). En cuanto a limpieza esta bien, me agradó q tiene una pequeña cocina y trastes disponkbles.
