"The location, pool and beach make it worth the stay! Definitely a unique and nice experience being so close to the water. The staff is task oriented and do not understand customer service. Not surprising in Vietnam, Don't expect much in that department! Stay for the pool and beach location! Nice place!"

"Had a great stay, hotel was at the quieter end of the main strip but still had easy access to food, markets, bars and laundry. The vibe was chilled and very relaxed and the staff always friendly and happy to help! Would love to return again soon, a great find! "

"This is by no means a 5 star resort. I dont like to moan but this was our 4th 5 star hotel throughout Vietnam and does not compare to any of the others. Breakfast was basic, no speciality coffees offered, place needed redoing etc cracks in walls, mold on tiles, paint chipping everywhere. The private beach is barely a beach, and half of it is covered in litter and whole dead rotting fishes. Hotel is not busy but yet still have to wait 15 mins to get served at pool bar due to one member of staff. No waiters offering drinks either. However the restaurent food for dinner that was a la carte was lively and so were the staff in there. I think this appears to be a poor management/owner issue not the staff."

"This was my favourite hotel I have stayed at while visiting Vietnam. The rooms are clean and modern. The staff are exceptional, especially Trinh who was our guest service agent that helped with all our needs! The hotels location perfect and is in a great area for walking and exploring. There are good food and drink options on site. The breakfast buffet was amazing! The pool was perfect with a beautiful view of the ocean. I would recommend to anyone to stay here and should I return to Phu Quoc, I will stay here again! "

"It was a great stay at the Lahana Resort. It’s a quiet hotel off the main road but still close enough to the action. Hotel was super clean, rooms changed everyday. Breakfast was the best one on the trip (versus 4 other hotels). No complaints/feedback to share. Also, great value!"
