(in-house restaurant serves till 8-ish) The room is stylish and clean, just a bit small, which we had to open the suitcase under the desk. Breakfast was superb.」

「Darren View is an exceptional property and I really enjoyed my stay whilst visiting The Open golf championship. The double room with en-suite was immaculate with a very comfortable bed and modern bathroom equipped with an easy to use shower. Modern LG TV that ran my favourite apps over good WiFi. Generous tea and coffee provided with snacks daily and cold water jugs for guests in the fridge in dining area was a thoughtful touch. 「This was our 2nd stay at this property. Dog friendly family room. Check in is simple and easy, we opted for the birthday package for our son andthe room was decorated, a handwritten card and lovely birthday dessert platter. Food as always is beautiful in the restaurant. Definitely stay again as all the staff are so friendly and helpful 」

「Spent two weeks travelling through Ireland and Larkhill House was our favourite place to stay! The house and our room was so beautiful! Beds were so comfortable and great pillows! Jenny was an amazing host, so welcoming and gave us a taste of real Irish hospitality! The breakfast was the best. There is a Lidl and gas station nearby you can walk to. Location was great, short drive to Bushmills, castle, Royal Portrush gold club and Portrush. I highly recommend and would definitely go back!!」

「We loved it. I defy you not to like this place! The quad room is great if you have teens - they have their own room and there is a communal living room upstairs with netflix prime etc if they don't want to watch with you in your room. Just wonderful. Hosts very friendly and helpful as well. Great base for Giant's Causeway and Carrick-a-rede rope bridge. One for the memory book! Thanks again.」

「Stunning home, spacious, beautifully decorated and well updated. It was spacious and extremely clean. The surrounding areas were beautiful and quiet. Great for a secluded getaway. Wifi could use some improvement. 」

「The host (Robert) who comes in the morning to cook your breakfast is what sets this property apart from any place I've ever stayed. And I've traveled to almost 30 countries now. He's enjoyable to talk to and genuinely enjoys his guests. He has great info and insight and cooks an excellent breakfast as well. The dining room coffee machine brews excellent coffee options too. My mom and I really enjoyed our stay.」

「The service is good. Breakfast is delicious. But there is No heater in the room. Both of us had a cold after living.」

「The hotel was just fine but what elevated my one night stay was the warmth of the staff. From reception to the bartenders and the wait staff at breakfast there was nothing other than genuine friendliness and kind consideration, none of the corporate smarminess one might find or usually finds in chain hotels. And a two minute drive to the golf course. Nice!」

「We arrived early as we were going to the golf at Portrush. Alexandra checked us in and she was fantastic , helpful and welcoming . She couldn’t haven’t been more accommodating . When we returned that night, even though the restaurant was extremely busy , she went out of her way to welcome us back and show us to our room . We had great service in the restaurant and the food was delicious. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend the hotel to anyone A great stay ! 」
