We were disappointed. Shower handle didn’t want to turn and there was a clogged drain. Water was hot though. No closet to hang my clothes. No microwave. Public one in lobby. No carts to load our luggage. The bed linens were nice. Bed was lumpy, but ok.

I think I parked in a restaurant’s lot. Not well marked. I reserved 2 rooms. Seemed I had to check in twice, once for each room. That was a bit annoying. Called at 7:25 in the or I g and woke us to ask if there was water in the bathroom because there was a leak someplace else. So much for sleeping in. It was OK and I like Hampton Inn but I doubt I will be back to this one in Dunn, North Carolina

Our stay at Hampton Inn was nice. The front desk and breakfast staff were friendly and helpful. The exercise room was clean and had what anyone would need for a quick overall workout.

The couch in our room was so dirty that I had to ask housekeeping for a sheet to cover it. Otherwise it was ok to stay for one night while traveling.

Not good!
We traveled 12 hours and arrived at 11pm. To our disgust when we get to the room we see this disgusting chair and could not believe they had this in the room. We were too tired to change rooms and complain until we left the following morning at 5am. The front desk was appalled at the sight. She claim she was going to try to get our money bank.

Ridiculous fee for pets - Pet Friendly, Not wallet
This is the only hotel, in this chain, to charge the $75 pet fee for an old 20-pound dog. No more Hampton Inn from now on.

When I bent over to pick up a piece of paper,left from previous quests( in the bathroom) there was goobs of hair on the floor. When my husband tried to take a shower the drain back up because it was draining so slowly. The location and staff were great but it could use more cleanliness.

No sleep The heater was loud and cycled on and off all night I reacted to something in the room and sinuses were painful all night This resolved as soon as I got out of the room in the morning. Plus no Tylenol available at the front desk. Pretty much nothing available at front desk.

Need to work on cleanliness and maintenance
Upon arrival the sink had dirty water in it with a bar of soap in the bottom. I could not get the sink to drain. I stayed 2 nights and no one came to service my room to clean it nor fix this.

It wasn’t the quality that were used to at Hampton hotels. The room was outdated and clean-ish. It was decent for a night but wouldn’t want to stay longer.
