The hotel is clean and modern. Located conveniently to transportation and walkable to the city center. Right next to 2 shopping centers. Breakfast is good. The public bus is free and the hotel is walkable from the train station. Staff are friendly.

Good quiet location

Good quiet location with various restaurants nearby, car parking available and breakfast was exceptional with lots of choices. Room was clean and comfortable and had air-conditioning. Only 35 minutes to Eurotunnel if driving back to UK.

Wonderful breakfast selection which was of the best quality I have had in any hotel in UK or Europe. All of the staff were extremely pleasant and helpful with a particular mention for Ophelia at reception. Great location within Dunkerque. Secure underground parking at hotel. Close to all public transport links.

Good but

The position is excellent and our room had a lovely view, the water pressure in the shower was poor, the breakfast was limited and the food needed to be covered from the flys, and for hygiene sake sliced bread would have been preferred.

Best Hotel in Dunkerque (Dunkirk)

New Hotel, just 3-4 minutes walking distance from station and so is the bus station. Very clean, nice breakfast, great location. Staff is extremely excellent.

It is such a beautiful hotel that is so convenient to everything including train/ bus stations.. Absolutely one of the best breakfast offered hotels. Fabulous views from hotel and really friendly staff! Highly recommended!

My visit was for business which was located an easy 15 minute drive to the north. The hotel caters good for business purposes as well as tourists. An easy 10 minutes walk takes you to the center of historic Ghent.

The hotel was very clean and staff were helpful and friendly . Breakfast was really good, with lots of variety and caters l for every taste and was fresh and plentiful .the hotels are comfortable and you don’t hear any noise from adjoining rooms couple of points milk in the room would have been nice and extra normal size pillows . Very conveniently located easy walk to the beach , town centre and museum . Ophelia on reception very welcoming and helpful I would stay in this hotel again

Excellent Staff

Great central location, parking available at €15 per 24 hours, lovely new(ish) interior. Biggest plus was the staff, really friendly, great with kids. Cleaning staff really helpful when our daughter was unwell. Next to the train station and all the buses are free to use so could jump on and off there so easy. Would recommend and stay again.

Friendly staff, clean hotel

Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms and modern interiors. Convenient location. Only downside I think is at the evening there was just staff member working as receptionist, waiter and room service. He did well though. Overall a good experience and will definitely stay again if we visit Dunkirk.

Great place to stay

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The staff were very friendly and personable. The hotel is in walking distance of retail areas, sights and eateries. The room was great. We were lucky to have a beautiful view over the harbour. That was particularly pretty at night. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom had a window also overlooking the harbour which was lovely because quite often I find window-less hotel bathrooms a bit difficult to use after a shower has steamed them up. Opening the window was definitely a helpful feature! The breakfast offering was good and clearly labelled. My 5 year old enjoyed their pancakes, cereal and toast and My husband is vegan and was also happy with the options available to him. I was particularly happy to see the freshly squeezed orange juice and a working toaster(we all have been at hotels with those toasters that either barely warm up the bread or outright burn the toast to a pulp - well fear not, their toaster at this hotel is easy to set to the right setting and makes great toast!) I liked that they had almond milk available. We used their secure parking which was great. You can access it via the lift which makes it easy to take luggage straight to your room. The staff were very helpful when our 5 year old accidentally locked his tablet in the room safe and the hotel quickly helped get it back! :) I would definitely recommend this hotel. :)

Overall great hotel. The gaming room and kids play area could be in better condition but still very nice stay and would come again. Great staff.
