The hotel was in a very convenient location, the rooms were comfortable, and the staff provided excellent service. After a day of bad weather, I was completely exhausted, so I ordered takeout from the Indian restaurant on the ground floor—it was absolutely delicious. The staff were wonderful, and their kindness was truly comforting. Thank you! I can confidently recommend this hotel.

This hotel was perfect for a place to lay your head when touring Scotland. Only minutes away from the Hermitage. Staff was helpful. Hotel is quaint and Dunkeld is a cute little town.

Our rather small room was in an annexe reached across a muddy yard. Access was along a dark alley that was very wet - it was a rainy day. The room wasn't particularly clean - it was a rainy day so it was straight in from the alley. We went elsewhere for breakfast. However dinner was excellent.

Probably the best thing about the hotel, was that it was very central. The bed that my partner and I shared was the most uncomfortable sleep that both of us had ever had.there was I big dip in the mattress.we never tried the food because a local advised us not to.

Excellent location. Hotel overall is ok for the money paid. Nothing extravagant. Avoid the breakfast though as it is very poor and basic.

Good, nice room in the main building, comfy beds. Only complaints: the swinging door slamming outside room 202 was loud and woke us up in the early morning, and there were no lightbulbs in the bed side lamps. Other than those things, eveyrhing was great.

Hotel needs updating… It feels very tired. My room was what looked like an old dilapidated shed in the back of the hotel. Room was as clean as possible… But rug looked ancient, side table was put together with plywood and a white tablecloth. Three very large dining rooms with absolutely nobody in them. Would not recommend staying here.
