"We absolutely loved this resort. It is new, very clean and spacious. Our juniors suite had 2 balconies, ocean view and a separate walk in closet ( I can't` recall having it anywhere else before and it was great to place our luggages). The design and decoration are very tasteful and elegant but not overwhelming or crowded. The buffet breakfast was plenty and a great variety, we did not feel adding anything extra from the menu, but it was available. We went in early October, so did not swim in the ocean but enjoyed the pools. Staff was very helpful and kind. We found it as a great starting point for making day trips around, sad we could not stay longer. "

"We were four people, but the accommodation was only prepared for two. There was no toilet paper, the water was completely cut off for an entire day, and on the other days, it was shut off every evening. There were no dishes or kitchen utensils, and the place was infested with ants. The mattresses were extremely uncomfortable, offering zero comfort. The door was constantly stuck and very difficult to open. Everything I’ve described was recorded. I have video evidence of all of it. We even met another guest who didn’t have a code to enter the accommodation. There was no one at the reception to assist with any of these issues."
