「Very dirty, bed bugs 」

「Shame previous owners let the hotel go to disrepair as it was a wonderful place. 100% respect to the new owner who is doing a great, time consuming task (without the help of planning department) to bring this Hotel/Restaurant back to the great place it was.」

「This hotel provides a basic room. We did not get food here. (Breakfast cost extra) The room had a very strong mothball smell so we opened the window and left a floor fan running all night. Bedside areas need outlets to plug in phones so these rooms need updating. The sink did not have hot water. For the price this room was not worth it.」

「Tea was excellent and a great variety. Service always excellent and staff friendly and accommodating. We stayed a couple of days and if back in that area I would stay at this hotel.」

「I can’t fault the Sure Hotel in Lockerbie. A beautiful building, fantastic en suite room, very clean and modern. Or host, the manager Glen couldn’t have been more helpful. Plenty of free secure parking and we ended up taking a lovely stroll into Lockerbie for dinner. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the hotel, great staff who are so helpful. We’ll definitely be going again. 」
