Skrutt hotell

När vi kom hade de hyrt ut vårt rum o så att de inte trodde vi skulle komma. Efter ca 15 min hade de ordnat ett rum o så att de skulle komma m handdukar sen.vi gick för middag o efter ca 1 timme hade de fortfarande inte kommit m handdukar. Kl 3 på natten mär min man skulle på toa hade dörren gått i baklås.. fick hämta hjälp o de tog en halvtimme innan vi kunde gå på toa. Inget vatten ingår i rummen.

Friendly hotel

I had a good stay. The aircon in the premiere suite I occupied is not efficient anymore. Joey and the staff members are friendly, honest, and respectful. The wellness spa (the hotel's partner) needs some looking into.

Fair price but needs some TLC.

The general lobby and pool area was great. However, the room they went too cheap. No fresh towels daily. The shared bathroom did not have toilet paper, no mirror for shaving in the bathroom and no towel for hanging. Very awkward in the bathroom. All bed covers and sheets pillow cases should be washed after every guest leaves. Cleanliness is essential.

Not as advertised

I had a room with a shared bathroom that was cleaned only after I reported its condition after check-in. The rooms badly need updating. The bathroom is so tiny and poorly designed that a slightly bigger person (I am petite) will have difficulty fitting between the commode and the sink. The staff was generally nice and friendly but lacking in training. The place is also understaffed (eg., the front desk person in the morning also has the additional responsibility of preparing breakfast). The listed services and items are not always available. The credit cards accepted by the facility are prominently displayed at the desk but when I presented my credit card upon check-out, I was told that it cannot be accepted because the owner was the only person allowed to swipe the card. Luckily my nephew and niece had enough cash to cover my and their bills.

Nada que ver con las fotografías.. Pésimo.

Teníamos cucarachas en las habitaciones, muchos mosquitos. El hotel disponía de piscina según las fotografías pero se trataba de una charca sin agua.. encima no estaba llena. Queda apartado del centro.

Low quality low value hotel.

Not a very nice hotel. Photos online are deceiving. The bathroom in the first room i was offered was smaller than a regular shower cubicle. It looked nothing like the photos. Paint was flaking off the walls. Second room was slightly better with a semi decent bathroom. The water pressure on the wash basin was low. The room had too much furniture for its size so it felt cramped. Overall not good value.

Just ok for sleeping but hotel arrangement is nice

The hotel room was ok. It served its sleeping purpose. My points for improvement are: ref not turned on in advance, pool not clean and we weren't able to use it and lacking number of staff. Only one staff was there when we checked out. He seemed to do the breakfast for us too.

Bareable place if there is nothing else

The hotel has a strange vibe. It tries to be better then it is in a very superficial way. It looks like someone tried to put some effort to unique design of the rooms, but used very cheap accessories, pictures were angled, sheets with stains, and bathroom wall mouldy. Moreover, the toilette did not flush. When we asked the staff about it, they said they will fix it, but nothing happened within 24 hours, before we left

Nice and quite, good beds

It was nice, convenient (a little out of the city centre but the city small anyway so easy to move around) and the staff was very friendly. The shared bathroom would need a little extra clean up and maybe some soap/shampoo available for guest but we were satisfied in general. I forgot something at the hotel (haven't got it back yet) and they seem very helpful :)

Nice but needs a few additions

This hotel was okay, nicely deced out but the pool was closed,the staff unhelpful, room lacked plugs, there was a bedside lap but no plug. A minibar would have been great and in room wifi.

Great Hotel - Staff need more supervision

The Hotel is beautiful, really well designed and the owner even built a small spa, but the wifi did not work the entire time, the staff said it was being used by guests but there were only four guests and there were four staff members sitting on there phones doing nothing, the four staff members Sat on their phones while my 90 year old grandmother and her 65 year old daughter moved six 50 pound bags, we tried to check out early because they said they had future reservations for our room, but when we tried to check out were told the manager was asleep and not to be disturbed. So we went up the mountain to hike, then I received a call from the manager saying we would be charged 200 per hour for late check out, we ended our hike half way to come pay over 400. The staff member who described himself as an athiest was the only one who really helped us at all. The manager only showed up to take our money for something that was fifty percent his fault for not having any staff that could do early checkout. Bottom line: Minus one star for bad internet, minus two for bad staff, plus one star back for the only helpful staff member who helped us the athiest Filipino. Honestly, I thought he was running the place alone.

Great local, Great design, poorly managed

An exceptionally well appointed and designed hotel that even includes a spa. Items that subtracted stars are the staff who sat on their phones while numerous guests struggled with bags, no internet, a pool that was off limits, and a hotel manager who required approval over everything but for some reason was "asleep" during the entire stay. One star was added back for the front desk person who helped with everything. He should be given more authorizity. At one point he was going to help us with our bags while the others Sat on their phones and he seemed embarrassed by their behavior. Obviously either a larger router needs to be purchased. The manager needs to have someone their at all times whi can make decisions and manager the staff.

Nettes Hotel mit freundlichem Personal

Auf der Durchreise nach Siquijor dort eine Nacht verbracht, hübsch gestaltet und freundliches Personal, mit denen wir ein gutes Gespräch hatten und abends ferngesehen haben. Leider hab es keine Küche, aber Kekse und Bier vom Shop in der Nähe ;) Es gibt dort einen kleinen, süßen Hund, der leider noch nicht ganz stubenrein ist.

Bad experience

Nothing was how it was supposed to be. Unhelpful staff, unclean room and poor breakfast. And location is far. For that price better stay in other place. There ate better places in Dumaguete. Sure!

stay away from islands leisure boutique hotel

I stayed there 7 night the room was old AC not good noisy water not runing most of the time and they try to fix it but no hope, and refuse to change the room or credit me for the bad room ... i wil never stay there again simply zero star.

Beware of this Hotel

While the staff was very polite and courteous, the facilities were in need of repair. We occupied three rooms and 2 of the 3 had toilets which were not working. The shower water was a trickle. The Hotel requires a cash deposit. We informed the staff of our early morning departure prior to checking out. We were told the hotel would deliver the deposit for the 3 rooms the evening prior to checkout. The hotel staff never delivered the deposit. As we continued to check in on the deposit, we were reassured it would be taken care of. At 5 am in the morning, just a couple of hours before our departure flight, the Hotel could only produce only a small portion of the deposit we paid. As of a week later, we have not been able to recoup the money due us. The low grading on the hotel staff was due to the deception in the deposit. Finally, we were changed to a different room because of the plumbing, and the television was not working in the new room.
