The hot tub and waterslide were not working, and I was not notified of that until check-in. This was the only reason that I was going to this hotel was for these amenities.

The problem we had was that my husband needed to use a walker and has difficulty walking and getting up. We had reserved an accessible room but when we got there found that it was located at the far end of a long hallway…too far for him to walk. We were changed to a regular room closer to the lobby by a VERY nice clerk. The bed though comfortable for me was extremely low as well was the toilet. Both the toilet and bed were extremely difficult for him to get up from. I was rather surprised that there were no grab bars of any kind in the bath/shower.
