「I was surprised we were sent to an upstairs room when there were hardly any other guests in the building. No Elevator, I did ask for a first floor room. There were little fixes that could have been done to the room to make it more comforting and not look a bit beat up. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was filling.」

「Beautiful and charming. It sits directly above a scenic overlook, so when you stay here you will have the view that all the cars are stopping at to take pictures of out your bedroom window. The view is absolutely incredible. The sunrise over the water, the red train below, the trees, it's gorgeous and a true mid-west Mississippi experience. The owner is super nice and they maintain this property very well. Clean, nice decor, attentive staff when needed. We will be back!」
