I was looking to escape the tourist traps in Dubrovnik and stumbled upon this charming hotel right by the beach. Just a short three-minute walk down a set of stairs led to a secluded spot where locals swim and relax. The view from the hotel was absolutely stunning.

Very Good Stay

They have a horizon pool overlooking the Adriatic which we never used for swimming, but we used it to have a wider view of a tremendous thunderstorm which passed over one night, a storm from which we saw plenty of lightning strikes from our comfy balcony. Breakfast is good with eggs clearly from real free-range hens evidenced by the rich orange-colored yolks, common in the Balkans. Meanwhile, the proprietor, in his youth, spent several years in the Western United States. Taxi to Dubrovnik may be wise as we found parking extremely difficult in Dubrovnik.

There are no working AC in the lobby and no working light in the hall way. Mold on the walls in the rooms. Breakfast buffet and swimming pool are nice. Not a lot of restaurants around.

The view from the pool deck is amazing. The bedding was a bit odd-sheets didnt fit the bed, exposing the mattress. No mini fridge in the room or usb outlets. Free Breakfast is limited to cold cereal or eggs. Dinner is 20 Euros and absolutely disgusting. Appears to be defrosted frozen food. The staff were all helpful. A lot of german tourists and tv plays german programs, when working.

L'hôtel est vraiment génial avec une vue magnifique sur la mer depuisble balcon de la chambre. La chambre est confortable propre et une bonne literie. La piscine est top avec une vue incroyable sur la mer et les colines. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et et varié. Le personnel est accueillant et trés serviable. Nous avons pu avoir de bons conseils pour la restauration et les visites. Par contre, il faut impérativement une voiture pour se déplacer mais l'hôtel dispose d'un parking privé.

Kiva, siisti hotelli. Erittäin ystävällinen ja hyvä palvelu. Mielettömän upea sijainti, uskomattoman kauniit maisemat. Rauhallinen alue. Uima-allas erittäin hyvä. Hotellin lähellä ei yhtään ruokakauppaa, eikä hotellissakaan myyty kuin juomia. Lähin ruokakauppa lähes 3 km päässä. Ilman autoa tai taksia ei pärjää. Bussi kulkee harvoin ja saattaa jättää pysäkille, jos se on täysi.

Fint ställe till rätt pris

Bra ställe till rätt pris. Såg lite sunkigt ut när vi först kom dit, men trevlig personal, fint rum och bra terrass för sol och bad. Frukosten var inte mycket att hänga i granen men mätt blev man iallafall. Personalen var väldigt trevlig, lät oss stanna längre på vårt rum då flyget gick sent, utan extra kostnad. Enda man riktigt kan klaga på var att det inte fanns någon affär i närheten och det inte fanns någon mat på hotellet förutom frukost. Men bussen in till Dubrovnik gick precis utanför hotellet så inte jätte stort problem ändå. Kan rekommendera stället ifall man vill spara in lite stålar.
