Lovely villa with gorgeous views. All the extra touches like coffee, lending library and wonderful hosts. Loved staying in Plat , a short bus ride from the overcrowded old town of Dubrovnik. A relaxing little pebbled beach (via stairs) to swim in.

Gorgeous and extraordinarily well maintained property albeit compact. Proprietors are lovely couple and make you feel right at home. Located on the ridges overlooking the Adriatic Sea places the parking at road level so if you are driving, you need to pay attention to your GPS. And there’s a wonder seafood restaurant (Kings) a short hike down the hill that’s a must.

Amazing property with such a great view! Perfect space for the 3 of us and in a quieter area just outside Dubrovnik making it a perfect place for a relaxing beach holiday. The owners Paula and Drago were amazing and helped us with anything we needed while we were there. We couldn’t fault it

Thank you for a wonderful stay! We really enjoyed our time here. The house had a warm, welcoming atmosphere and felt very cozy. The location was excellent, and one of the biggest advantages was that the nearby beaches were much less crowded than the beaches in Dubrovnik and other busier areas. There were also several great restaurants within walking distance where we had delicious dinners. We would definitely love to stay here again!

Very charming and Paula was lovely. It’s a little far from Dubrovnik, however, you can take the ferry over. We chose to drive on the way out and parking was VERY expensive and FAR to walk (many stairs) We enjoyed the beautiful views and the walks down to the beach. Place is nice and updated.

We loved our stay with Paula and Drago and cannot wait to return! They were amazing hosts that gave us a warm welcome and provided lots of local recommendations, boat tour suggestions and arrangements, and ferry arrangements and tickets. We had a large apartment that was very clean, had a gorgeous view and a roomy terrace, and ample kitchen space for the basics we needed. The location was perfect and a very easy walk to a local beach, and just a short drive to the airport in one direction, and Dubrovnik in the other. Parking was on-site and it was never a problem to have a parking spot. And it was so helpful to rent a beach umbrella and towels from Paula! We just could not believe how helpful and kind everyone was. If I could give more stars for this apartment and location, I would!

Our room was newly renovated, impeccably clean, and featured a balcony with a beautiful view of the Dubrovnik coastline. Paola was incredibly kind and thoughtful, checking in via text to see if we needed anything during our stay. She also went above and beyond by helping us book a wonderful day tour to Bosnia. Overall, the property was peaceful, quiet, and relaxing. Its location is also excellent—close to the airport and the beautiful Cavtat Beach. We had a wonderful stay and would gladly recommend it to others.

Felt like home. Couldn't have found a nicer couple to stay with. I only got to stay for one evening before flying out, but it was great. There's a beach to walk to about 10 minutes away.

Excellente vue, logement assez petit, ne comptez pas manger car pas de vaisselle, votre tasse doit être lavée dans petit évier de la salle de bain, assez isolé mais à proximité (en bus) de magnifique bord de mer de Cavtat ( à ne pas rater où que vous soyez à Dubrovnik. Y’a sûrement mieux.

It was lovely. The picture on the website was not the balcony that we got. The balcony we got was very small. But it had a beautiful view. The unit was very clean except there was no soap or shampoo or anything like that and the shower was very small you could barely move in it. The location was perfect and the bed and linens were comfy!

Villa panorama - If you don’t like smoking, be aware that smoking is allowed on the terraces - We Booked a kitchen apartment but when we arrived, it was a small room with a queen sized bed, very small bathroom, small entryway, a mini fridge and kettle only. No microwave. - Owner said she thought it was odd we booked a “suite” for a 2 week stay but didn’t contact us to see if that was an error. - FYI they call a room a “suite”. - We received messages weeks prior to our stay through Expedia, but she stated it was a third party booking service, not her. - Not allowed any food in the room unless it didn’t need to be cut, something we only discovered after she left a a letter. We bought fruit and items to make sandwiches and she left a note telling us it wasn’t allowed. - A/C. The note also stated the A/C was to be turned off if we weren’t in the room. It was 35c outside everyday. We’d return a couple of hours later to a very hot room because of the west sun exposure and it took 3-4 hours to cool down to about 28c to 25c as the A/C is a small unit, not central. - Owner enters room in everyday. Bedding is changed weekly. - WIFI is very weak and didn’t work at all on the terrace.
