The room was small, but very clean and had most of what we needed. The staff is extremely friendly and communicative. The bed however, was not that comfortable. There are two twin beds pushed together. Might be smart to get a king size mattress, topper, and please please replace the pillows as they were very uncomfortable. The room was centrally located with almost no noise. The air conditioner worked great.

The location is unbeatable! You are in the heart of Old Town, it is so walkable. You are in very reasonable walking distance all the major sites you’d ever want to see and be right near the starting point of any day trips or excursions you want to book. The room is super clean and perfect for spending the day out and basically just coming back to sleep. The noise level outside the building is very mild and generally peaceful. We did hear lots of sound from within the building itself from other visitors. The bed was also extremely squeaky. Staff was accessible and communicative. We loved our time here.

Amazing location and stay!

Absolutely amazing! The staff is so friendly and communicative and the room was perfect! Very well organized with everything I needed. Great location and well designed. I will definitely stay there again and the price was incredible.

Veey nice room friendly staff good communication

This property location is very good ,right in the old town you will never be bored . Very clean and they thought about details such as kettle ,tea bags , nespresso which was very handy for a coffee person . My only problem was the damp smell in the room which mt nose gets used to after a while . Also the internet may not be secure so be cautious, ionly used that as piblick common wifi and had some card details used for croatian online shopping . Just be cautious with public wifis . Also note property check out is at 10am which is vwry early wven in Germany known to be strict its 11 am . 10am check out and then they charge 7 euro for locker if you need to leave your luggage . Good business

Nice stay

Great location. Walkable to everything in old town. Is lots of steps so is you have luggage be mindful of that. The bed is super noisy but not uncomfortable. You can hear people when they leave in the same apartment as you, but that is typically expected with this type of place. The staff was nice and let us store our luggage until our place was ready for us.

Super convenient location. If you are looking for a place that is right in Old Town Dubrovnik and within 5-20 minutes walking distance of all the main attractions here, this is perfect. The only drawback is that it is located on a staircase, so you will hear the footsteps and conversations of anyone walking by. However, if you are looking for something in the heart of old town and easy to get around, I would recommend! Communication was very good and the hosts were professional and helpful. I did notice ants along the side of the room and near the kitchen, and they were very quick to have someone come by to resolve this immediately.

Just a note that the property is located in a hill . One thing to know for visitors is that Dubrovnik is hilly and the old town is for walking only. Vehicles are not allowed.

I loved my stay here last Sept 6-9. The room is more than what I expected. Location-wise, it's within the Old Town. Few steps down are restaurants, grocery stores, shopping area. It's very convenient. You have to note though that it's a couple of steps up, I had a medium size luggage bag and it was a bit hard for me to carry it up esp. that I'm a small girl. The room is fantastic. It's very clean, has air-conditioning (thank God because I came from very hot Italy for 10 days and there werw no air conditioning in the places I stayed). I especially love the bathroom, I'm very picky but this room is perfect. It has clothes dryer, hot/cold shower, basic toiletries. The room also have iron/steamer, small fridge with welcome water and a nespresso coffee machine. Wifi is good too though it could be stronger. Cable was a bummer but I was there to rest and enjoy the town so it didn't really bother me. Their front desk is not where this room is at and I got a little lost so make surw you have your mobile data for navigating. They also communicate with you through WhatsApp. I highly recommend! I'd stay here again if I go back to Dubrovnik. I'm from the Philippines, I really loved my stay there.
