LBH inside the Old Town is probably the best place we stayed at for the two weeks we travelled Europe. LBH met all our high expectations and even beyond. We will definitely come back to this place everytime we are in Dubrovnik. It deserves 10 stars or even more.

What a fun experience! The rooms are huge and we had three of the four of them. It’s in the heart of Old Town and the directions on how to enter through the Pile gate made it so we didn’t have hardly any steps to carry our luggage. The rooms were immaculately clean and lots of amenities (including towels!). Be sure to reach out to them ahead of time to schedule what time you will be arriving. I would 100% stay here again.

Beautiful apartment in the heart of Dubrovnik’s old town. The apartment had everything we needed (and more), was a good size for 3 of us, was very well kept and the hosts were very helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing stay and location, we loved the attic apartment. It was clean, great shower, two tvs, and had everything we needed. WiFi worked well. We would stay again, however two things to note- for attic room you have to step across staircase to get to room from living room, we kind of got used to it but it was a safety hazard. And on checkout day we were told to leave our luggage in a back room that had no lock, not ideal but fine, and when we came back our suitcases were left in reception unattended. They should have a locked room if they offer to store suitcases, or be clear that they don’t offer that service. Thanks for a nice stay.

We had such a good stay at this property. The apartment was in an amazing location, being right in the old town and therefore all the main attractions are in a walkable distance, with more than enough restaurant options around. It can get noisy at night, but after reading previous reviews and taking a good pair of ear plugs, I slept like a dream. Leonardo was a great host, checking with us when we would be arriving and saying we could leave luggage if required. I would 100% recommend staying here and would stay again if I am back in Dubrovnik

If I could give the Leonardo Baroque house 10 stars, I would! This was the perfect place to stay in the old town. If you can book this place, do it! We stayed here two nights, it was in a quiet off street away from the main street where everything is. So convenient! You are literally 20 feet from the action. Check-in was easy. The place is spotlessly clean. We stayed in the two bedroom apartment on the third floor. It had a lot of space but if you have problems with small stairs, this would be a bit difficult. The room also had a small kitchenette that came in very handy. There are a cute wine bar and tapas bar literally across the alley/small street from the hotel. We did not hear noise at all, so don’t worry about being next to a restaurant. The hotel is managed by one family and they are just absolutely the nicest. Excellent communication before and even AFTER our stay. Again, if you have a chance to book this place, don’t even think twice. Your search for hotel in DBV is over!

Adorable home in the heart of Old town Dubrovnik. Very clean and plenty of space for two people. Great shower with good water pressure. It does get a little loud, as the property is in the city but earplugs are provided.

My stay here with my parents was wonderful. The location is great, right in the middle of the old town, with multiple landmarks and restaurants around. Access to the location is really simple, no stairs required. However, inside the property there are a few stairs to go to the bedroom. But no problem at all. The hosts were impeccable. Really recommend this stay in Dubrovnik ig you want to be inside the old town.

Don't miss your chance to stay here!

I absolutely loved my stay at Leonarda Baroque House. The property location is perfect! Inside of Old Town with easy access to all of the historic sites, but with modern amenities. It's also easy to access the property, with your luggage, from the Pile Gate. I only stayed two nights, but will definitely be back for a longer stay. The property offers a much more comfortable setting than just a typical hotel room. And the owners were wonderful. Don't miss the chance to enjoy Dubrovnik from Leonarda Baroque House!

Excellent location in Old Town, very good communication, and clean accommodations. A bit of noise from the street, but that’s to be expected given the location. Nothing earplugs didn’t solve. I enjoyed my stay very much and would recommend!

最高のロケーションでした。坂の多い街ですが、宿には坂なしで到着可能です。また旧市街の中心部なのでどこへ行くにも便利でした。夕方の出発でしたが荷物も置かせてもらえます。エスプレッソマシーンもあり、それなりに広くて大満足でした。

ホストは非常に親切で、部屋は広くて綺麗でした！レビューにある通り外の音が聞こえるのは本当ですが、開放感があります。プライバシーがない感じではないですし、外の声も危なくうるさい音というよりは、外の生活音なので、気になりませんでした。むしろ雷が怖かった笑ホテルだけでなく、ドブロブニクの街自体が階段だらけなので(エレベーターは見ませんでした)荷物は軽くしていくことをおすすめします。私たちはウィーン発の小旅行としてドブロブニク旅行をして、またウィーン発で日本へ帰る予定だったので、大きいスーツケースの一つは空港に預けて、二人で一つのスーツケースで行きましたが大正解でした。ホストの方は本当に優しい！素晴らしい街で愛すべき体験をしました。ありがとうございました！

Terrible stay

We are outraged in regard to our three-day stay. We were booked in the upstairs apartment. We were unaware that the heating was not working well. As it was not working well, the noise of the heaters was so loud we had to turn them off to sleep. Hence we were quite cold in the bedroom at night. The owner had checked the heater so we had no reason to believe there was a problem. Once the owner discovered that there was a problem with the heating, we were asked to move downstairs to a room that was a fraction of the size of the apartment that we had rented. We were not allowed to put the regular heating on. Instead, we were given a portable heater that was very noisy so we could not put it on at night, when we were sleeping. It made sleeping very difficult. We were also very cold at night, which also made sleeping difficult. We never rent rooms that are on a street because of noise but we had no choice. As we were told we needed to stay in the room downstairs, that faced a noisy terrace until 12 pm. The owner gave us late check out but since he started very early in the morning doing renovations on the upstairs apartment, we were not able to get any sleep . The owner gave us 19 percent back in compensation. We should have been far better compensation for this terrible stay. The owner ignored my concerns. We should be able to rent an apartment that works. The owner was negligent but we suffered because of their negligence.

Would recommend!

Very nice experience! Clean, superb location and very helpful staff. Not the best choice if you are travelling with small kids because of the steep stairs (at least in the top floor appartment).
