Perfect location inside the old city walls. Steps to wall access, restaurants, museums, bars, yet very quiet. Beautiful building on a quaint little alley. Staff was very helpful and had lots of recommendations for making the most of our time. Highly recommend.

Excellent service and a lovely place. Clean, stylish and comfortable. Nikolina was a very warm and kind host. I felt very safe in this place. Was soundproofed I think to best ability being in the old city, with high quality windows. If you need silence wear ear plugs or do not book a place in the old city. Also you must carry your suitcases to the place through the busy town, but this is part of the charm for me, not as easy for people with mobility challenges but they do offer airport pick up and will help you.

The hotel was great. It's small and the room was a bit small, but it was comfortable and very clean. It's a little difficult to find, but the hotel management was very helpful and accommodating.

旧市街の中にあるアパルトマンなので、お土産が重くなった時にちょっと置きに戻ったりでき、便利な立地でした。また、オーナーの方とも事前にショートメールでやりとりできたのでチェックインもスムーズでしたし、ドゥブロブニクの見所やおすすめのお店も教えたので助かりました。 建物も趣があり、お部屋もとても可愛かったです。テレビで楽天TVを見られたのは嬉しい驚きでした。(NetflixやAmazonプライムもありました)

Great spot with great hosts
We loved Dubrovnik overall and spent quite a bit of time in old town. Nikolina and Luca could not have been better hosts. The accommodations were exactly as illustrated and very comfortable. The directions to find Villa Sugurata were also excellent although they weren't required since Nikolina met us at Ploce Gate and led us to the villa after her husband Luca had met us at the airport and brought us right to here. She was a warm and welcoming host with lots of tips and information to share about the area and Croatia in general. Based on this stay we would love to return to Croatia and if we're in Dubrovnik we know where we'll be staying!

What a wonderful host Nikolina was - very friendly, approachable and helpful !! The Old Town of Dubrovnik is so beautiful and magical and this property couldn’t have been situated better for my wife and I !! We used the transport to & from the airport, driven by her husband Luca and this proved to be so much easier than being dropped off by a taxi and not knowing where to go - obviously we still had to do a bit of walking, as there are no cars allowed in this part of town !! The room we had was lovely and clean and was a lovely haven for us to return to each day !! Thanks Nikolina & Luca you were great !!

The unit is the old town. Finding the place can be a challenge during a day and nearly impossible at night. Fortunately, the host will meet you at the Pila and get you to the place. You can walk, use the bus to get around the town or go to the top of the hill, if you are looking for a nice hike and view. Bring water!

Our host was fabulous! We were at the property for less time than expected, but Nikolina made us feel right at home. She provided us with lots of useful information about Dubrovnik. That helped us better enjoy the city. The unit was in excellent condition and very clean. The location was perfect for exploring the city.

You made booking last second and you didn’t know that you can’t reach Villa Sigurata by car. Old town is pedestrian zone only. You didn’t reply to my welcome letter even I supose you didnt read it. If you replied to me earlier than all your problems would be resolved. I could find even cheaper parking for you. We don’t have parking and it is written on the site and expensive parking place is not the reason to be mentioned in the review of Villa Sigurata.If you follow my directions it is easy to come to Villa Sigurata even with big luggage but if you are lost I will always help and find you and take you to Villa Sigurata.I hope to see you again at Villa Sigurata.All the best,

Only about 10 stairs to get there. I like being 3 minutes away from busy area, not in it! Opposite side from main gate, so very close to waterfront. Bit confusing to find, behind the cathedral and up through a wide path with restaurant tables in it. Had to put actual street address in Google, then had to phone owner to get in ( evening arrival, she came as phone was ringing)

Small inn with warm hospitality
A small inn in the heart of the Old City, this place is well located so you can walk everywhere. We were worried it would be noisy but it’s not, since it’s located on a tiny street. It was clean and tidy. The couple who run it are very helpful. The husband picked us up at the airport (E40) which was wonderful after a long trip, and our room was ready early. Nicolina our hostess spoke English well and had excellent suggestions. Highly recommend.

Excellent location behind the Cathedral located by many restaurants and shops. Hosts were very attentive and even came looking for us in the square to help us check in due to the main walkway being closed due to the Dubrovnik Summer Festival.

Great little hotel, with Nikolina as an amazing host, who provided lots of great recommendation - great to have local knowledge. The rooms are quiet and cool, despite the very central location, and are well maintained and clean. The windows have shutters so very dark, for a good night’s sleep. The inclusion of the fridge in the room was also much appreciated. We were at the top of the building, and were impressed by how good the pressure was in the shower. Would recommend and would happily stay again!

Excellent option to stay in centre of Dubrovnik
This small hotel is a very well located in the old town. The host is very professional and helpful. We had a pleasant stay and can only recommend. It is an old house, and that adds to the atmosphere. We loved it.

Immaculately decorated gem
The hotel although hard to find at first was immaculately clean,beautifully furnished, pristine stairways and decor ,the host Nikolona was exceptional, a real pleasure, and Angela the cleaning lady was working hard all the time to maintain the standards. I opted for the single room on the top floor/attic and soon found out it was too small for me,my bumps on my head every time i got out of bed were proof enough. However i would 100% recommend this beautifully decorated hotel but unless you are 5ft 2inches tall,get a double room i hope to return one day as it was a pleasure to meet the beautiful ladles Nikolona and Angela..a charming hotel in the heart of the old town.

The hotel is conveniently located in the old town and the room was exactly as pictured, clean and fully functional. Proprietor Nikolina communicated with me well in advance of my stay, arranged transportation from the airport, met me outside the wall to escort me for the walk to the hotel, made great recommendations to save money on sightseeing and restaurants, and even assisted tracking down my bag when it missed my flight arriving the next day.

The best thing about this room was the mattress. Very good quality, i got the best night of sleep of the whole trip. The worst part was finding the location. It was very hard to find and frustrating, since we were tired from traveling. It would be better to have a pin drop since the address did not appear on google maps. We had to follow written instructions and they were not easy to follow for first time visitors. A hand drawn map would also be preferable to the instructions. Communicating via Expedia was stressful since it doesn’t show the thread, and you have to click each link individually. The restaurant our hostess recommended was disappointing, not for the food but for the service, however it did have good reviews on Yelp. Rujer I think it was called. Fine dining but not fine dining service. In the morning our hostess helped us get a taxi to the airport, and the driver was excellent. He even carried my boyfriends backpack since he wasn’t feeling well. We would stay again.

A cozy and tidy hotel located on a charming side s
We stayed at Villa Sigurata for three nights in July 2023. The rooms matched the descriptions. The room was very clean, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, providing a comfortable place to rest after long walks in the scorching city. The hotel owner, Nikolina, was extremely friendly and helpful, providing us with a lot of useful advice. I highly recommend taking the airport transfer through the hotel, as the price is not much different from, for example, Uber, and the taxi driver assists with carrying the luggage and finding the exact location (Google Maps doesn't always work well on narrow alleys). A strong recommendation for Villa Sigurata – if we come to Dubrovnik again, we will definitely stay at the same place!
