Guest House Kono was a great location for a quick visit to Dubrovnik. We walked to and from the old town without an issue. The view is fantastic and the balcony was the perfect spot for enjoying the morning and evening after a day around Dubrovnik. The parking is a bit tight for a full size car, but it is doable. At the time we were there, the balcony slider was not lockable which was a bit unnerving but okay. May 2025

We stayed at Guest House Kono in May, 2025. The location is great, about a 20 minute walk to the Old Town. There are a lot of steps, all downhill on the way to Old Town. There is a reserved parking spot on the street just above the apartment. The kitchen is not well appointed, so I wouldn't plan on doing a lot of cooking during your stay. The apartment was clean, and comfortable for 4 people. There was a little deferred maintenance, e.g., a loose toilet seat and stopped up shower drain. Overall, I would recommend the apartment for the location, cleanliness and comfort if you are staying in Dubrovnik.

This property had no sea view. In the apartment we stayed at, there were no window that had any view of the sea. The way property advertised, it suggests sea view and a patio. There was no sea view, not even partial. The patio had no cover or any kind or an umbrella and was shared with other residents. The description of the property was inaccurate and misleading.

Instead of 1 room/ 2 beds we got 2 rooms sleeping 4. Extremely helpful staff. Terrific vista from the porch. Quite a distance from the Old Town/Sea shore: 20–25 minutes downhill, too many steep stairs to negotiate returning - taxi and bus are convenient alternatives while driving is not. That distance was not hidden at the reservation, but a warning about the stairs to climb would be helpful.

Nice room with semi private patio. Was easy to walk the Old Town but needed a taxi back after dinner. Host was extreamly accomidating. Parking was good. Would stay here again.

Vi var där för en natt. Det var lite svårt att hitta dit pga vi hade bil. Men vi hittade det och det låg i mitten av en berg trappsteg. Det var mycket fint och värde. Var snäll och bjud oss på en flaska hemgjord vin. Terassen. Ar fantastisk. Det var några hundra trappor + ca en km promenad till det vakra Gamlestaden.
