Fantastic location! The apartment was cozy and tucked away on a quiet street, even though it’s right in the heart of Old Town. Communication with the host was smooth and easy throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

Location was convenient, inside the old town and a short distance from the old port and the market. The unit had windows with a good view of a cathedral and the hills above the city. A/C was solid and appreciated on hot and humid summer days. Soundproofing was pretty good-I could barely hear voices from the restaurant below. The layout of the unit was a little quirky though, set up like a loft. The kitchen area and sofa were downstairs and bed and dining table were upstairs. The stairs between the two levels were a little steep and didn’t have a proper handrail so it may be unsuitable for people with balance/mobility issues. Also the entry is on the fourth floor and there are no elevators.

Amazing views, and a fun cozy loft. Loved the apartment (having a mini fridge and washer/dryer was an asset). The location is perfect, right within old town and across from the Dubrovnik Cathedral, close to everything. The property is also very cool, preserving an old town feel. Note the apartment is up 4 floors of stairs (a bit slippery because worn marble, cool but just be aware). Only drawback was the property doesn’t supply toilet paper beyond a roll or two, so bring your own or buy cheaper at the nearby Konzum. Annoying and cheap on their part, don’t love that properties think they can get away with that kind of stuff, otherwise we loved our stay.

Muy convenientemente localizado. La lavadora y secadora fueron muy útiles y el menaje es adecuado Pero de difícil acceso, tanto para llegar como para moverse dentro de la habitación. The description doesn’t indicate that there are 4 flights of steps to reach the property. The foyer outside the property smelled of strong cigarette smoke. The washer was leaking throughout our entire visit. I messaged the property contact about the leak, and when we were gone, they entered the property without notification. Items were left out on our luggage and towels left on the floor. We also had to provide our own toilet paper even though the deacription indicated that toiletries were included.

Stairs, stairs and more stairs

I want to start with the positives. This place is in an excellent location, we walked to everything in Old Town that we wanted to do. It was very clean, and well stocked with coffee, laundry detergent and other basic necessities. The bed was really comfortable and the AC worked great. The views from both windows were also really amazing. Communication was also very good! Now to the not so great. Stairs, stairs, stairs. It was mentioned in other reviews that there is no elevator, which was fine… but, what I didn’t fully realize was just how bad the stairs are. This unit was on the 4th floor, and the stairs wind up. You should also be aware that no cars are allowed in Old Town, so you will be carrying or pulling your luggage for appt. 1/4 - 1/2 a mile before the stairs. We dealt with those two things fairly easily though, we knew going in that most of Dubrovnik is stairs :) Mostly giving those details just as a heads up really. The bigger issue was the stairs inside the unit. There’s no handrail and they are designed in a way where they have strange cutouts for your feet. My friend never even took her suitcase upstairs because of them. I’ve provided pictures of both sets of stairs for reference. Overall, we had a good time and, again, the place was very clean, just know that you’ll be getting a workout!

Check-in and check-out process was easy. Communication was great with easy instructions on how to find the property. Location worked really well as we could come and go as we pleased whilst exploring the old town of Dubrovnik.

Very nice place, in the middle of Dubrovnik old town. The apartment looks just like the pictures. It was calm, clean, conveniently located, and comfortable. All good !
