Highly recommended establishment!!! Everything was amazing. The room was quite large, clean and very comfortable. The staff was extremely kind and courteous throughout. The restaurant was very nice with open air seating or beautiful indoor seating. The plating of lunch was artwork. A great international breakfast is included with so many food choices to suit any dietary needs or palate. The spa was heavenly and peaceful. A hotel free of alcohol that reflects Emirati and Arab hospitality, located in a historic area rich with valuable information about the roots of the Emirati families who once lived there. The Government of Sharjah has shown great interest in preserving and promoting this heritage. I suggest providing training for the staff—especially the front office team—so they can explain the significance of the area to guests. Additionally, a printed brochure can be prepared and distributed to visitors to introduce the hotel and its surroundings. If you'd like a more formal, marketing-oriented, or concise version, I can adjust it.

Mahmoud welcomed us to the hotel and gave us an awesome introduction the Chedi. He gave us a walking history tour which was just brilliant. The room was far better than the online pictures! The decor and ambience is so different to the usual hotel that it was just wonderful. And a shout out also to your staff from Divine in the restaurant to the guys constantly on the move around the complex, all were friendly and incredibly helpful. Will be back in the future for a longer visit with more of the family hopefully.

Amazing service and in a great location

Beautiful historic hotel. Staff extremely helpful and friendly and provided exceptional service. Breakfast which was included was delicious. Everything fresh with lots of choice. Our room was upgraded to one with a private plunge pool. Very walkable.

We had an amazing Anniversary stay at the Chedi al Bait. Best experience ever, nothing to fault. Staff, service, facilties and food were top notch. You are truly transported to a beautiful dream when you stay here. Will happily come back.

This place did not disappoint. The hotel is beautiful and clean. The staff was amazingly friendly and very accommodating. The breakfast had many delicious options. I would stay here over and over again.

Great boutique hotel !

This hotel is true to my memory of the Chedi Muscat: absolutely stunning ! Great architecture and amenities, fantastic service, so beautifu ald peaceful... all this in the heart of "old Sharjah" which is so under-rated but so nice for a 1-2 days break. Sharjah museums are really way better than anything else you'll find the UAE (with the exceptoin of Louvre Abu Dhabi) and many are within walking distance of this hotel.

Some of the rooms require transportation via golf cart to get to and from. This is a little inconvenient but the room was basically brand new and spotless, staff was incredible and very friendly. Highly recommend it.

Beautiful place, lovely breakfast, staff were wonderful. The festive Christmas Eve dinner and entertainment was top! Couple of things to note: dining is limited considering the level of this property and brand. For example, we wanted to order pizza and it wasn’t available but pasta was. The outside Sitting area where the reception is very beautiful and comfortable yet it’s not normally possible to order coffee or snack and enjoy it there despite the area being big with beautiful sitting area where one could enjoy time during the day as well as in the evening. One other point to note - our room had smell of dampness. It was very noticeable and not pleasant …
