Roda Beach Resort is on the older side and could use some necessary updates in the rooms, drapes need to be deep cleaned, kitchen could be better supplied. Breakfast was great, staff attentive. Location for kite beach, swimming beach, walk and biking perfect. Pool area well maintained. Gym has everything you need.

First Time Stayer.

The stay was really nice. They wee always key on keeping the rooms and the overall resort spotless which was amazing. The distance from the beach is no more than a 5 minute walk. Great staff and service. The word “no” is not in their vocabulary. Would definitely recommend this location to anyone coming to Dubai.

Einzigartig ist, dass sie am Strand liegt in Dubai Jumeira und trotzdem bezahlbar ist. Toll finde ich auch, dass das Hotel eher klein ist, zwei Stockwerke hat, keine Hochhäuser, und dass es ruhig gelegen ist, weg von den Schnellstrassen von Dubai. Ideal zum Entspannen. Es ist kein gestilter Neubau. Momentan grad Vorarbeiten für Foodfestival am Strand vor dem Hotel, aber nicht für lange.

quel dommage !

Hôtel top par contre il est situé à proximité immédiate d’un parking public où dès les usagers normaux de la plage publique partis et la nuit noire tombée surgit une horde d’hommes à la recherche de la compagnie d’autres hommes au milieu d’un déferlement de musique, Klaxons et vrombissements de leurs 4x4 de luxe jusqu’à pas d’heure. Cela gâche fortement la tranquillité du voisinage !

I like the fact it was close to beach and a supermarket. I didn't like they didn't communicate the dryer part of washer was broke until after i washed the same load 3 times with their help until i had 1hr to leave. They didnt care my clothes was wet. I asked to put them in a sauna to dry which one of them was broke

Struttura affacciata sulla kite beach, bellissima, sabbia bianca. Il quartiere è residenziale, pulito e tranquillo. Vicino c'è un minimarket carrefour dove è possibile acquistare anche cibo europeo. In struttura si passa direttamente dalla piscina per andare in spiaggia, molto comodo. WI-FI gratuito sia nelle aree comuni che nell'appartamento. Da evitare i monolocali vista città, perchè hanno in realtà la vista sul parcheggio interno della struttura e sono a piano terra, quindi non è possibile aprire le finestre, sono proprio bloccate, ed è quindi impossibile il ricambio d'aria (la porta d'ingresso è interna alla palazzina, dà sulle scale. Nel weekend (giovedì e venerdì sera) gli appartamenti fronte spiaggia sono invece troppo rumorosi perchè dislocati proprio di fronte ad un parcheggio molto trafficato.
