One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in and definitely the best hotel in Dubai. The gardens are stunning to walk around and the beach is perfect. All the staff at the hotel are exceptional.

Love this hotel My mum is in a wheelchair and everyone from front staff to staff around the pool Have been several times and keep returning must mean something.

Staff are incredible and room was lovely. Only thing spoiling this stay was the constant construction noise from a nearby hotel development. Obviously not the fault of this hotel but would have been good to have been made aware of the ongoing construction

The service was exceptional. The staff could not have been more helpful or accommodating. The facilities are exceptional and so much choice from different restaurants to different pools and a beautiful beach area. The spa facilities are fantastic. Far exceeded my expectations.

I a was a Family Beach Club member at this hotel for many years when I lived in Dubai . It’s an incredible hotel and it’s where both my Children learnt to swim . The hotel grounds are incredible and the staff including the General Manager who’s been there for many years are really good 👍

Amazing Hotel with first class service

This hotel never lets you down the staff can not do enough for you. All restaurants have a great choice we were on half board dine around which they offer great choices. I travelled with my husband and four children including a baby children had fun

Excellent hotel & location

Great hotel and location. The staff & concierge service are excellent and doing the extra mile for you. The bed was one of the most comfortable ones we slept in. Only downside is the club next door that may be loud sometimes during the day.

Beautiful, large and luxurious rooms. Great breakfast and lunch buffet with endless food options. It is well located just before the permanent chaotic traffic of the Walk. Highly recommended.
