kamer prima,bed tv en badkamer prima.Receptie prima. Maar het aanvullen van artikelen zeep,wc papier enz was echt waardeloos door de schoonmakers en hun manager die ik er zeker 10 keer heb op aangesproken. helpt niet.dan weer vergeten hand doeken op te hangen of kamer niet schoongemaakt.pannen heel oud met dikke krassen,na 3 weken kreeg ik eindelijk een andere pan na veel vragen.Volgens de manager is het probleem dat ik een long stay gast ben.(die snap er echt niets van.Ik was eerder in dit hotel geweest een paar weken.Maar de problemen zijn niet opgelost.

5 days staying for couple

The check in was really fast, but the receptionist didn’t inform me about any facilities and any tools in the hotel, plus I had some flies and insects in my room and the staff didn’t care about it. I asked about the spray around 15 times - I called every 30 min to remind about me but senseless. So I got it 1 day later evening time. The housekeeping was nice and cute and I asked to clean the room and the did it pretty fast . In general it’s ok for the money we paid.

Good value for money in a nice area

Overall it was good, I stayed 1.5 month, good be better but it was OK. Good value for money I guess. Needs bit more organization, things were forgotten all the time but they would rush do them once you reminded. Food was not good at all; had to dine in unfortunately regularly, they had 1-2 dishes that were OK but they were not served the same second time.

Hotel location is great, the problem with service, its should be furnished hotel apartment but its not fully or good equipped, they still use old equipment, old sheet, old towels. Bad TV channel and no clear channels, Wifi is too slow and limited for two devices per room. I think they have old mentality management.

Though it is termed as apartment hotel, its room are comparable to any 3/4 star hotel. It includes washing machine, kitchen and refridgerator.

駅から近く便利

駅から徒歩１５分の場所にホテルがあります。 場所は地図だと簡単に分かりそうですが、実際は分かり分かりにくいので注意が必要である。 ホテルの部屋は写真の通り広く快適に過ごすことができた。バスタブも広い。室内には電子レンジと湯沸しポット、冷蔵庫、キッチンが装備されているが、食器と鍋は汚れていたのが残念であった。 スーパーのカルフールがホテルのすぐ近くにあるので便利であった。 値段等をトータルで考えれば、お勧めできるホテルだと思う。

All in all a good stay

The chairs and carpets were a little dirty and in need of replacing. The bathroom was quite dark - no windows and no light over the shower. The wifi wouldn't even reach as far as the front door in our room and did stop working from time to time. They say there are balconies but they'd locked the door shut and there was a sign saying it was due to safety and because of the air conditioning. They shouldn't advertise a balcony if you can't use it. The most disappointing part was the fact when I booked the hotel it said there was a shuttle service to a few places - Jumeirah Beach, Dubai Mall being two of them. When we got there we were told there wasn't so we had to spend a lot of money on taxis that we hadn't budgeted for. I think since this they've removed that from the website but very misleading. The beds were very comfortable and the room service food was lovely though. And the staff were extremely friendly and helpful especially the cleaner we had who even remembered we liked lots of teabags and sweetener! The gym was great, and clean. The pool on the roof is very small so you have to get there early to get a sunbed which wasn't ideal as we couldn't relax in the sun on the balcony if we couldn't fit up there...

Hôtel bien situé , tres acceuillant.

Je recommande cet hôtel pour son emplacement qui permets de se rendre facilement dans les points incontournable de la ville de Dubaï, le personnel est tres acceuillant et à l'écoute dès besoins de ces occupants ,en particulier le réceptionniste Mr Abdallah . Nous avons passez un excellent séjour dans cette hôtel avec un tarif très correct .
