THE EXTRA FEES
The only positive about this place is the location and views. However there is a tower being built right outside (very common) so don't expect to enjoy the balcony during the day. The furniture was in Poor condition. The bathroom had some nasty product in the shower, the silverware was dirty. The unit is in good condition but everything in it seemed bad. The fridge didn't fit the space. And then there are hidden fees....please review ALL the fees. I was there 3 days and I would have to pay for fresh towels. There is a automatic cleaning fee added at check in. So by the time you pay all the fees you've paid for a 4star hotel in the same area.

Unfortunately it was bad experience staying in this hotel * no hot water during my stay 3 days due to water heater failure * towels are very old and dirty * bed sheets also old and dirty * no response from the management clamming they will report and fix the issue but no action * price levels is over price I’m very much disappointed

Vista linda , conforto zero.
A vista é linda, apto ok. Colchão horrível, velho, cheio de lombadas. Box estreito, com aquela cortina grudando e piso rebaixado do lado contrário ao ralo, nojento. Só te dão uma toalha, sem rosto, sem piso( que seria tão importante). E no lavabo pinga do teto dia e noite.

The apartment had great views of the marina with a balcony, as advertised, and was quite spacious. It was clean and well lit, with ceiling to floor windows in every room. The staff/management were all quite quick to respond to any queries or issues, in general like post-midnight arrival and someone taking our parking space. On the flip side, the walls were a bit scratched up in a few places throughout the flat, no hand towels or dish rack were provided for the kitchen and only two bathroom towels were provided for an 8-day stay. Two of the three bathrooms had broken handles on the doors and could lock someone in if they closed the door on themselves. Quite dangerous, actually. No one seemed quite bothered when i informed management about the door handle situation. Overall, the apartment was nice and we had and a positive experience. Though some small attention to detail would make it a 10 instead of a 7.
