Amazing!! Four days of honeymoon bliss! They even surprised us with rose petals and a chocolate vegan cake. Excellent staff beautiful grounds and room was clean and comfortable. Thank you for making our stay so special.

Close to 10 out of 10.
Stayed for a week during Easter Holiday. Having tried most 5-Star hotels in Dubai, this experience do stand out. In comparison to hotels on the Palm, you have a proper and very clean (thanks to the lifeguards) - the sea-bed is not muddy. Check-in was smooth and extremely accomodating (thanks to Olga). The pool areas has an active zone for kids and an area for adults only - lifeguards are enforcing this, which is much appreciated. Respect for that. Breakfast is with a wide variety of options - if you need anything just ask and they will deliver. The staff is smiling and outmost helpful. An idea could be also to have a smaller area just for adult, who despite vacation needs to process a bit of work, and to avoid that minor kids goes to the buffet themselves to cater with there hands in the fruits etc. Communication with the staff over the Four Seasons App is amazing and sets the standard for swift communication. The SPA area offers a wide selection of treatments from a competent staff member. Restaurant options were excellent - italian to japanese - it were on point. Only restaurant Verde did not quite make a proper performance. All in all minor point in order to get 10 out of 10 - you are almost there.

The property is beautiful and the facilities great. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The gym is perfect, with several different options for a perfect workout. The adult pool is quiet, providing a relaxing time away from any noise. The customer service and attention to detail of the entire staff is remarkable. They go above and beyond to fulfil the guest's needs. One of the best hotel experiences I had in a long time. Congratulations to all Four Season Dubai team.

The staff were amazing , we arrived super early and they allowed me to check in early , Mr. Steve (i hope this spelling is correct) was with us in the check in, and i would like to thank him, he spoiled us , we arrived to cute present in the room for my child which made her happy after very long flight .. Four Seasons Jumeirah Dubai
It’s a beautiful hotel but does not have all the usual four seasons attention to detail. The water in the bathroom was not very hot even after repairing. The air conditioning was also not perfect and made a noise. We could near the people in the room above us. The staff were charming and went out of their way to secure dinner reservations for us in all restaurants.

What an amazing stay! The hotels service was incredible and really made our stay in Dubai amazing. From the front desk to the housekeeping staff. We’ve stayed at a lot of Four Seasons hotels, Ritz Reserve and Aman resorts and the service here was truly amazing, especially Claire she went above and beyond for us. She really helped make us feel at home and made getting around and experiencing the city amazing!! She and El are great at their jobs. Thank you all for everything!!
