All the staff and resturant people were extremely supportive and warm and went above and beyond to help us through our stay, i would highly recommend this hotel and definitely stay again on my next trip to Dubai, special mention to Prateek who was very accommodative and warm during breakfasts, and Kareem who ensure we dint have to worry about anything, kudos you guys, keep up the great work!

The staff were extremely kind and helpful, and the breakfast was enjoyable and very good. However, the room was noisy and lacked soundproofing. It was fairly clean and the bathroom was pleasant, but there was a lot of noise and very little quiet, which made it difficult to sleep.

This is a pleasant hotel in an older section of the city. There are local flavor resturants walking distance from the hotel. The onsite resturants are lacking. The hotel rooms do not have heat ( its the desert) but the AC is over powering in the winter months. Keeping the system off is not a good option due to air quality.

Hotel has a very good location Shop and food around hotel which are opened late so you don't have to move far to grab some food Hotel is clean and rooms are big and comfortable. Only problem is that hotel doesn't say that it's also a long bar with very loud music in the evening until late in the night Unfortunately loud music and bass can be heard in your bed. Sometimes I surprised myself singing some of their songs

A very bad example of how not cooperative this hotel is with its customers under the circumstances of the attack that Dubai has witnessed: while Dubai authorities have asked all hotels to cover the charges of the extended stays because of closure of airspace, this hotel doesn’t care about that. After staying almost 3 weeks, and covered the charges of my extended stays after their refusal, I’ve asked for a late check out because my flight was at midnight : all they could offer is half an hour stating that other customers are waiting (which was a lie since half of the hotel is empty and the room was still available online). Shame on you ! If your not helping your customers in these circumstances, what good can we expect from you 👎👎👎

The room was fine and spacious. The stuff was also very nice, helpfull and polite. The problem was the constant noise from the aircondition mashines outside our room. Room 204. A constant noise, also during the night when we were trying to sleep. Another problem has also to do with noise during the night. And that was from the party at the bar at the ground floor. Yes we could hear it every day at the second floor! Something else was that the windows in our room could not open. So we could not refresh the air in our room.
