Relaxed and enjoyable holiday.

The hotel far exceeded our expectations. The bonus for us was having an adults only pool, but also a beautiful beachfront pool for families and children. The gym snd Spa facilities were also a big plus. The hotel was immaculate, clean, the staff were attentive , courteous and very helpful.

Great stay!

We had a great stay, all of the staff were amazing, so friendly and helpful (they were really great considering how rude some people were to them!) The hotel was beautiful, clean and well maintained. Everything was really relaxed and easy, the only thing I would change is the half board lay out with the other 2 restaurants (La coco/Hanami) 200 AED credit, was not really enough (after already paying for half board), I think a set menu would be a better idea and would make them a lot busier.

Horrible experience!

Absolutely horrible experience and not worth it. Stayed be the beach but there is barely anyone to take orders, there was literally one person serving more than 100 people. And the room was not up to expectation, the light of the closet would shut-off and kept flashing the whole night. Totally not worth the price I paid, not sure how is this hotel listed as a 5 star hotel!

We stayed in ocean view room without balcony end of May ‘25. it’s decent size room, cleaned daily, unlimited water, coffee n soft drinks provided in the room. Closet decent size but room could use another dresser or couple more drawers. Only has 3 small drawers in the closet. Couple usb outlets to charge electronics. Free use of sauna in the spa, and very helpful n friendly staff. If u choose not to have breakfast included there is grocery store n cafes across the street in the mall with plenty of options. We had wonderful time on the beach daily, very comfortable cushioned beach chairs, fluffy thick towels and umbrellas provided. sea water is calm n clean, and u have a nice view of Burj Al Arab when it’s not hazy.

It is a lovely hotel -first time i have stayed there . Beach is good -facilities are good. You are on the stem of the Palm and its not easy to get around . Very close walk to Nakeel Mall which is good

Fantastic break in Dubai at the Andaz on the Palm.

Fantastic break in Dubai and the Andaz on the Palm was a perfect spot. The staff and food were amazing, especially in the Coco restaurant and at breakfast in the Locale. But don’t bother with the rooftop Asian restaurant - food is average and service (by Brenda) was abysmal.
