"Very lovely staff. However, in one of the restaurants the soup served had worms in it. We were comped a meal in another restaurant as a result, but this was a serious issue. We were also charged twice for using the minibar and had to point this out to the hotel."

"Absolutely beautiful hotel and wonderful experience. Everything is sheer luxury and the staff go above and beyond to accommodate you! Having had issues with Expedia with bookings the hotel staff were fantastic at trying to help resolve issues and nothing was a bother to them. Lots to do in the hotel itself so if you are looking for somewhere to relax I would recommend. Food was also fantastic and plenty of options and variety in multiple restaurants."
