I was quite pleased with my stay, hotel was clean good location. was sceptical when I read some of the comments but I quite liked the hotel and found it very clean and the staff very accommodating

i never have better hospitality then here,in this hotel.menager Yusuf and his workers made our vacation beautiful.They were 24 hours available for us.Food in the restaurant is very tasty and with great quality.We really appreciate for service and we recommend this hotel.

Wonderful stay

Our four nights stay experience was fantastic. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well maintained . The highlight of our stay were the staff. They were incredibly friendly and helpful , going above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The breakfast buffet was delicious and it offered a wide variety of options. Thank you to Aarti and Myat Thu Zar for their excellent breakfast Service.Your hospitality was outstanding. We truly appreciate the effort you put into making our breakfast experience so positive. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

They couldn't find my booking for at least 45 minutes and at the end they end up giving me the apartment which was totally useless stuff is non-professional and no one helpful

Disgusting

The filthiest and dirtiest hotel i have ever seen. I checked out next day at 7 am. Bed was full of all kind of hair all sizes. Tables and surfaces full of dust. Bathroom very disgusting. Asked them to change the bed sheets, pillow covers and duvet they refused but told i will rise a complain to the authorities they did it after that. I spend my night with my luggage on the bed only.i checked in at 10 pm because no other option that night.
