「Managers and all staff in this property are very friendly and nice. My family and I received best service. The bell person, front desk and house keeping are amazing. Also, we used a tour service stationed in the hotel and we were glad we did. Muhammad was our tour guide and he gave us superior service with down to earth attitude. 「First of all, checkinn was 2 pm. But we had to wait till 3pm because the room was not ready. No sorry nothing. The reception lady and the manager on duty didn't even greet properly.
