Lovely hotel, cosy bed, lush towels, clean hotel, nice gym, good selection for breakfast. Lovely premiere lounge. However very unhappy that after a week was unable to get a lounger on the beach apparently this is private and does not belong to the hotel so it is FCFS or is it for paying visitors? This is why we booked this hotel. The receptionist said she will see if she could arrange something for us to get a lounger but nothing happened. Not a beach view as this hotel is not directly on the beach or have access to the beach. V disappointing as I requested a sea view - on a low floor could see much and bed faces the large apartment opposite. Tried to book two extended days as flight was delayed and was told by FOH there were no rooms although we were told the night before you had rooms. We booked via Expedia to get rooms at the hotel. Inconsistent housekeeping and had to ask 3/4 times to have my room serviced over the week and items not replenished. Attention to detail is required. Breakfast too busy a lot of people. A man at the front of the hotel said he’d order me a taxi saying he could order a ‘hotel taxi’, he gave us a receipt and when we got to the airport the driver wanted more money although we had arranged a price at the hotel. Appalling. No welcome drink on arrival. More attention required and care at this hotel.
