「No laundry services No air condition in one of the room I was charge US$xx for the cleaning which never happened. Its close to all the nice beaches, laguna grigri and town. Secure and clean place. WIFi was good. Kitchen didn't have full utensils. 」

「Staff and communication was Excellent..listing as pictured. Cleaning and stocked with basic kitchenware for meals. I only gave a 4 b/c middle room had no AC & there wasn't a microwave.」

「BEWARE!!!!!! 3 hours before my check-in time, I contacted the host for check-in instructions (it's an apartment, not a hotel with reception). The person told me that the apartment wasn't available but said they will help me find accommodation and urged me to get refund from Expedia as the new place wanted cash. After confirming that I got the refund, she said 'ok so I don't owe you anything, you're on your own finding a room, I'm not going to do it'. Wasted a day of my vacation trying to find a...
