「Very welcoming and helpful hosts」

「The property is beautiful, surrounding mountains, spacious luxurious room, comfortable bed, good food.」

「Nice view」

「Fabulously friendly and helpful hosts. The room was comfortable and clean and the bed was very comfy too. A lovely balcony to sit at in the evening afforded us a great view out to the sea. Breakfast was well executed and staff were all friendly. The property is well located - just a short drive into town. I would definitely stay here again if I wax to return to Knysna. 」

「This is a beautiful, clean and comfortable hotel. Staff is super helpful- a true 5 star hotel!」

「Friendly/helpful staff. Our room was very nice with a pretty view to a water lagoon surrounded by hills. Location is very convenient and close to town.」

「Incredible views. Easy to find & wonderful stay」

「The place is Okay for people on transit. The price was reasonable, especially that they do serve breakfast.」

「Some debris from other guests was left in the room and the carpets could have been cleaner. Wifi access was very poor. Fridge was not working when we arrived and staff fixed it, but it took time. There had been a sponge in the kitchen the first day, but then it disappeared. Staff was friendly and the property was in good repair.」

「Beautiful garden.」

「酒店位于泻湖旁边，房间内可直接观赏泻湖景。装修风格很有特色，还有一个很大的湖景露台。美中不足的是客房清洁度一般」

「Good kitchen, magical location, fantastic views, wonderful living area and balcony. Bar and restaurant also awesome and convenient. 」

「Very close to local shops, short drive to the waterfront」
