"Needed more staff fr check in. We were put on hold alot and had to wait at the counter too. Pool was chilly and hot tub could have been warmer."

"Spacious room, comfortable beds, service rooms every day, walkable. There is a grocery store next door that have prepared meals. We arrived early to the hotel our room wasn’t ready. We checked a few times throughout the morning. Finally our room was ready about 3:30 pm. After we have unpacked we noticed that the toilet was very dirty. It looked that it hasn’t been clean in a long time. We got a different room this was better."
